Pioneers in micro tunneling
Operations began in Qatar in 2001 and today the company delivers trenchless pipeline installation across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SDCC owns a current-generation fleet of micro tunneling machines and construction plant, operated under qualified QA/QC and safety personnel who enforce procedures in full alignment with client requirements.

Fields of specialization
A complete trenchless package — from launch shaft to commissioned pipeline — self-performed with owned equipment and in-house crews.
Microtunneling / Pipe Jacking
Remote-controlled, laser-guided pipe jacking for gravity sewers, storm drains and utility corridors — 143,000 m delivered to date.
Shaft Excavation
Design and construction of jacking and reception shafts, including all associated concrete works and support systems.
Grouting Works
Annulus, contact and consolidation grouting supported by dedicated bentonite and grouting pump systems.
Pipe Laying & HDPE Welding
Pipe laying with HDPE welded joints verified by spark test, plus supply and installation of spider ring supports.
Tunnel Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of existing tunnels and culverts using stationary and motion access techniques with minimal service disruption.
Manhole Construction
Cast in-situ and precast manhole construction, benching and channelling, finished to consultant specification.
Auger Boring
Auger boring for shorter crossings and casing installation beneath roads, rail and existing infrastructure.
Onshore & Offshore Works
Marine and coastal outfall crossings executed with the same trenchless discipline applied on land.
Separation & Site Plant
Separation plants processing 250–500 m³/hr, crane support to 220 t, and full survey and laser guidance systems.
An owned, current-generation fleet
SDCC does not sub-contract its core tunnelling activity. Machines are sourced from Herrenknecht (Germany) and Palmieri (Italy), with additional operating experience on MTS and ISEKI systems.
